Sea Vancouver is located on Granville Island and is run by Prince of Whales. It’s a 90 minute zodiac experience which can seat up to 12 people. Our guide Raphael did a great job of the tour, telling us some pretty neat stories about the history of Vancouver and pointing out the landmarks.

I wanted to take a minute to formally introduce myself as I haven’t really done that yet here on my channel. My name is Ariane, I’m a luxury travel advisor based in the Vancouver area and I also own a travel and tourism marketing and business consulting firm.
So what’s coming up on my channel in 2021?
I’ll be releasing a bonus episode this coming Wednesday morning, it will be a hotel tour of the Shangri-La Hotel in Vancouver. In my vlog next Sunday I’ll be taking you up to Whistler where I’m going zip lining with ZipTrek and staying at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler which is one of my favourite hotels in Whistler!
Next vlog after that will be on the Rocky Mountaineer, which is a luxury train here in Western Canada. I’ll be travelling from Vancouver to Banff in Rocky Mountaineer’s GoldLeaf service. I did their SilverLeaf service from Vancouver to Banff back in 2016 but obviously I wasn’t vlogging back then, so watch for that trip’s vlog series which will start in two weeks from this episode. I’m going to be highlighting my two days on the train, then once in Banff I’ll be sharing my stay at the “Castle in the Rockies” which is the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, some things to do in Banff that you can’t miss and travelling back home from Calgary on my first flight in over 19 months.
In August I’ll be visiting Whistler again then I’m going back to the Okanagan Valley in early September to Penticton and Kelowna, filming another BC wine series. I’m off to Mexico at the end of September for a luxury travel conference for Travel Advisors called ILTM which will be held at the Fairmont Mayakoba in the Riviera Maya.
In November I’m off to Costa Rica and December I’ll be on my first cruise since the Pandemic on the brand new Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady sailing on her “Dominican Daze” itinerary out of Miami.
Lots of travel coming up this year and I’m really looking forward to taking you all along with me.
