Once construction has begun, the walls, windows, and shelves are placed close together, fastened with nuts and bolts, each floor is finished, and the structures are stacked one on top of the other, and when the construction is complete, the building is connected to electricity and drinking water.
With the help of this technology, the 10-storey building in Changsha, China was completed by Broad Group in 28 hours and 45 minutes.
The company has also uploaded a 4-minute video of the construction of the building on YouTube. In it, the easiest construction task. The company said in the video that the bolts were tightened and a drinking water and electricity connection was provided.
