40% save over from house construction in INTERLOCK BRICKS. Build a house without cement and sand.

Construction work on bricks known as interlock bricks without sand and cement is becoming popular in Tamil Nadu.  Homebuilders are pleased that this has reduced costs by 40 percent.  "Build a house, get married," is the proverb of the ancestors.  Building a house is no ordinary thing today.  The last hundred years ago our ancestors dug clay, rolled it and built houses.  Then they built the house with unbaked brick.  They have been building houses with a mixture of cement and river sand with baked bricks for more than 40 years.

Why build a house in M Sand?

River sand mining is currently prohibited.  Thus M Sand has been carrying out construction work with cement for the last five years.

 House without sand cement.How???

But in recent times the construction work using unbaked brick called interlock bricks without sand and cement has been very popular among the house builders.  Similar construction work is underway in various districts including Coimbatore, Salem, Tirapur and Dharmapuri.  Engineer Singaravelan Punitha, who is carrying out construction work in Salem Valasaiyur, said that for the last 10 years, buildings made of unbaked brick without sand and cement have become popular in Tamil Nadu.  Coimbatore was the first state to build buildings made of unbaked brick.  These are heritage building.  All the buildings built 150 years ago in our country are such a heritage building.  The nature of our architecture has changed over the last 50 years.  Cement and sand are not required for construction work done with unbaked brick.

This type of brick is made of 90 per cent clay and 10 per cent cement.  Do not bake in the oven.  Sun-dried and shipped for sale.  A brick weighs 12 to 13 kg.  Sold for 70 to 80.  The existing construction work will be carried out by Cement, M.  Sand is carried out by stacking baked bricks.  In this construction there is a gap of half an inch between the bricks placed in each row.  It is at that interval that the brick is stacked like a variable lock variable.  Thus each brick is braided when stacked.  So the wall will not fall for any number of years.  No further cracking.

The gaps in the brick row are filled with white cement and terracotta powder.  No need to paint the wall otherwise.  It takes a month to build a 7-foot wall at ground level under existing construction.  But in this construction a 7 foot wall can be erected in 5 days.  Construction work like this does not require much people.  Compared to the existing construction work, the cost of a building constructed of interlocking bricks is reduced by 40 percent.

The building thus constructed can be constructed up to two or three more floors.  That would be so strong.  At the same time the building is guaranteed.  Since I am an engineer I build a house for myself without any hesitation.  Thus he said.
